Irish U12 Mixed Cup 2022 (YOB 2010)

The Irish Under 12 Mixed Cup competition will be played over one day in the National Aquatic Centre on Saturday 18th June 2022.
Competition format:
There are 12 teams entered into the competition and it is structured into four groups of 3 teams, played on a round robin basis. On completion of the group matches the competition moves into phase 2 to determine 1st -4th (medal matches); classification matches 5th – 8th and 9th-12th.
Pool C will used for classification matches 9th- 12th with Pool C & D being used for the 5th- 8th place matches.
All medal matches will be played in Pool D.
9th – 12th Place
The 3rd teams in each group will play off, with the winners to play each other to determine places 9th and 10th, and the losers to play off to determine 11th and 12th place.
5th – 8th Place
The 2nd team in each group will play off, with the winners to play each other to determine 5th and 6th place and the losers to play off to determine 7th and 8th place.
1st – 4th Place
The 1st teams in each group will advance to the semi-finals, with the winners progressing to the Final and the losers to play off for the bronze medal to determine 3rd and 4th place.
