Swim Ireland are working on a retention plan to ke Swim Ireland are working on a retention plan to keep young people involved in sport for longer.

The club retention survey (link in bio!) is the first step in putting an action plan together. We need to understand why young people leave sport and how we can support them to stay involved.

We are now seeking responses from young people aged 12-20 years. The survey takes approximately five minutes to complete. Your feedback is important to us, so please take the time to share your views.

We also have 10 x €50 One4All vouchers to give away, with entry available at the end of the survey.

The survey will remain open until Monday 13th March 2023.
