Swim Ulster Water Polo Coaching Conference 2021

The Swim Ulster Virtual Coaching Conference takes place on Saturday 16th January 2021.  All registered Swim Ulster Members will be partially subsidised by Swim Ulster but registration for Coaches from other regions will be warmly welcomed. The cost for the Conference for anyone outside the Ulster region will be £20pp for all three workshops.

The Virtual Conference starts at 1pm on Saturday 16th January with the format laid out as follows:

1pm – Water Polo Strength & Conditioning Workshop

2.30pm – Water Polo Nutrition Workshop

4pm-6pm – Water Polo Workshop with Irish National Head Coach, Goran Sablic

 

The Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition workshops will be facilitated by members of the Sports Institute for Northern Ireland (SINI).

We might be out of the water but there is no better time than the present to keep building our skill set, improve our knowledge and lay out a solid foundation for our eventual return to play!
