NLD1 Cups 2023

The competition will be played over three days in Belfast on Friday 17^th/Saturday 18^th/Sunday 19^th February 2023 in the Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre.

Competition format:

Men

There are 8 teams entered which structures the competition into 2 Groups of 4 teams each played on a round robin basis. The top two teams in each group will progress to the semi-finals and subsequent gold medal matches. The 3^rd and 4^th placed teams in each group will play off in a classification match.

Women

There are 4 teams entered which structures the competition into 1 Group on a round robin basis. The top two teams in the group will progress to the final. The 3^rd and 4^th placed teams will play off in a classification match

All team lists must be submitted via email by 1200 hrs Friday 3rd February 2023 to Aveen Colvin, Swim Ireland HQ to waterpolo@swimireland.ie

Updated Pack – 3rd February:

ALL matches will now be 4 x 7 mins with standard 2 x TOs per match per team.
The break between each quarter is set at 2 minutes.
The Tournament Director may adjust the number of TOs available to 1 x TO per team per match, and the break between quarters if pool time becomes an issue.
