Junior Girls (U16) finish 2nd at Inter Regionals

Congratulations to our U16 Junior Girls who have finished 2nd at the U16 Inter-Regionals this weekend in Liverpool. The girls won all 4 of their group matches on Saturday to top Group A and face South West (Group B Runners up) in the semi finals where they conformably won 12-5 to progress to the final where they narrowly lost 7-5 against North West but by virtue of finishing in the top 5 they have successfully achieved Division 1 status in the U18 Inter-Regional Championship in 2024.
Congratulations to Áine Hennessy who received Irelands MVP for the weekend.
A big thank you to our team staff, Louise Hennessy, Mick Kelly and Aveen Colvin who have supported the team in the lead up to the competition and throughout the weekend.
