Junior Boys (U16) Win Inter Regionals

Congratulations to our Junior Boys who have won the U16 Inter Regionals after beating North West 9-7 in the final in Millfield. The boys won all 4 of their group matches on Saturday to top Group A and faced London Sharks (Group B Runners up) in the semi finals where they won 13-7 to progress to the final where they met their fellow group A opponents North West. As a result the lads have also successfully achieved Division 1 status in the U18 Inter-Regional Championship in 2024.
Congratulations goes to Fionn Byrne who received the Ireland teams MVP and overall top scorer for the tournament.
A big thank you to our team staff, Padraig Smyth, Barry Magill and Joe Cosgrove who have supported the team in the lead up to the competition and throughout the weekend.
