Accreditation & Team Sheet Information for all Cups

For all of this season’s cup competitions, please see below some important information regarding applying for accreditations and team sheets:

Accreditations

Coaches/Team Managers

• All officials must be assigned a role on each clubs database so you may apply for the relevant accreditation.
• A digital pass should be added to coach/team managers profile by following the steps below.  This was part of the affiliation process so may already be in place.
• Login to club database and select member
• On members profile select ‘credential’ this appears on the left hand side of the screen.
• Click ‘Add’ then select the drop down menu and select ‘Digital Pass’  then select the role for the member and click save.

• This will then allow you add a Coach or Team Manager role to their profile and you may then apply for an accreditation.
• You will not be able to complete these steps if members are missing any of the relevant qualifications, Safeguarding, Vetting and RAP (where required).
• Team staff must wear their accreditation while on pool bank and will not be permitted access without this

Team Sheets

• Prior to submitting team sheets please ensure all team staff hold the correct credentials.
• Please also ensure that all players hold competitive water polo membership and have been added to your club database.
• All team sheets will be added to Sportlomo in advance of the competition, if any of the above are missing we will be unable to complete this process.
